Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Easevine. We want everything with your order to go smoothly, and we hope you feel good about your purchase. But if something’s off, we’re here to help—returns, exchanges, refunds, you name it.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Just shoot us an email at info@Easevine.com with your order number. If it’s been more than 24 hours, there’s a good chance your order is already in process, which means we can’t always cancel in time. Once it’s shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. But don’t worry—you can still request a return after delivery if you need to.

Return Policy Overview

You have 30 days from when your order arrives to start a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns are simple—our team will walk you through it. No restocking fees, ever.

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you’ve got 30 days from when your order lands on your doorstep. Items need to be unused and sent back just like you got them, including all packaging and extras. Used items, damaged goods, or anything missing original pieces might not be eligible for a refund.

Return Costs

If your order shows up defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, you won’t pay for return shipping. That’s on us. But if you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing, you’re responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We don’t refund the original shipping unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or there’s an issue confirmed by the carrier.

How to Start a Return

Ready to return something? Email info@Easevine.com with your order number and tell us why you want to send it back. We’ll review your request and email you the next steps. Hang tight—don’t ship anything until you get our official instructions.

Once you have our go-ahead, pack up the item with all its original packaging, tags, and extras, just like it arrived. Then follow the instructions we send you.

Refund Process

When we get your return, we’ll check that it meets our requirements. If it does, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Allow up to 7 business days for us to start the refund once it’s approved. Depending on your bank or card, it might take a bit longer to show up.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? No problem—email us at info@Easevine.com with your order number, and we’ll walk you through exchanging your item.

Order Not Delivered

If your order hasn’t shown up by the expected delivery date, contact us at info@Easevine.com with your order number. We’ll track it down and figure out what happened with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll either refund your purchase or send you a replacement for free.

Non-Returnable Items

Some things just can’t be returned for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. If an item is non-returnable, we’ll let you know clearly on the product page before you buy.
