Welcome to Easevine, and thanks for being here. Before you get started, we want to lay out the ground rules—these Terms of Service explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you use our website, buy our stuff, or just hang out in our store.
Whenever you see “Easevine,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” that’s us—the folks who run this site. “You” means anyone browsing or shopping here.
We run our shop through Shopify. That’s the backend platform that keeps everything humming along.
If you’re on our site, making a purchase, or just checking things out, you’re agreeing to these Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you’re not into it, it’s probably best not to use the site or place an order.
1. Access & Accounts
You need to be the age of majority where you live to shop here. If you let a minor use your device to access our site, you’re responsible for what happens.
Ordering or signing up? We’ll need some info—your name, email, address, and payment details. Make sure everything’s legit and up to date.
If you have an account, don’t share your login. Whatever goes on under your account is on you, so keep it safe.
2. Our Products
We try to represent our products accurately—photos, colors, descriptions, sizes—but screens and lighting don’t always tell the full story. What you get might look a little different.
Prices, product details, and availability can change at any time. Sometimes we tweak quantities or stop selling things without notice.
3. Ordering
When you order, you’re telling us you want to buy something. We’ll take a look at your order and process it before saying it’s official.
We can cancel, reject, or change any order if there’s fraud, payment trouble, supply issues, mistakes in info, or if shipping won’t work.
Double-check your info before submitting. If you need to change something after ordering, reach out fast. Once we start processing, we can’t always fix things. If there’s an issue, we’ll use the contact info you gave us.

4. Prices & Payments
Prices, deals, and promos change whenever. The checkout price is what you pay.
Unless we say so, prices don’t include taxes, shipping, handling, import charges, or other fees—you’ll need to cover those.
Keep your billing and contact details correct. Update if things change.
When you pay, you’re saying you’re allowed to use that payment method, and you agree to pay for everything.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We’ll give you the best shipping estimate we can, but delivery dates aren’t guaranteed.
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, wrong info, high demand, shortages, or things out of our hands.
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery’s up to them. If your package gets lost or doesn’t show, email us at info@Easevine.com and we’ll help where possible.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on our site—photos, words, designs, logos, videos—belongs to Easevine or our partners.
Use the site for personal, non-commercial reasons, but don’t copy, edit, share, or distribute anything unless we say so in writing.
Just by using this site, you don’t get rights to our trademarks, designs, copyrights, or any other intellectual property.
If you use our stuff without permission, we can take legal action.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
Sometimes we offer tools or services from other companies to make things easier. We don’t control these third-party services.
We provide them “as is” and can’t guarantee everything works smoothly or securely.
If you use third-party tools, it’s your call—check their terms first.
We might add or remove features whenever, and anything new follows these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links
You’ll see links to other sites or content. That doesn’t mean we control or back them.
When you follow a third-party link, you’re on your own. Have issues? Contact them.
9. Shopify Relationship
Shopify powers our store, but your purchase is with Easevine—not Shopify.
Shopify isn’t on the hook for your order, products, shipping, or returns. By shopping here, you agree not to hold Shopify or its affiliates responsible for any problems.
10. Privacy
We handle your info based on our Privacy Policy. As we use Shopify, they collect and process some details too.
By using our site, you’re okay with us sharing info needed to complete your orders—with processors, shippers, Shopify, and other partners.
11. Reviews & Feedback
If you send us a review, comment, photo, or video, you’re giving us the green light to use, edit, publish, display, or share it for business or marketing.
Only send stuff you own, have rights to share, and isn’t infringing on anyone else.
We can remove or reject anything that breaks the law, is misleading, offensive, spammy, or doesn’t fit these Terms.
You’re responsible for making sure what you share is legal and accurate.
12. Errors & Updates
Mistakes happen—typos, price errors, outdated info.
We can fix errors, update stuff, change prices, or even cancel orders when needed, even after you order. If that affects you, we’ll let you know.
13. What’s Not Allowed
Use our site legally—don’t break any laws or spread false info, harass people, impersonate someone, upload viruses, hack, scrape, spam, or mess with our security.
Don’t exploit, resell, or misuse our stuff or content.
Break these rules and we can suspend or block your access.
14. Ending Your Access
If you break these Terms or misuse the site, we can cut off your access anytime. You’re still responsible for any unpaid bills.
Sections on intellectual property, feedback, liability, indemnity, privacy, and anything meant to outlast your access still apply.
15. No Warranties
Everything—site, products, services—is offered “as is” and “as available.” We aren’t promising it’s always up, secure, right, or error-free.
We don’t give warranties, express or implied, like merchantability or fitness for purpose. Local laws might give you extra rights.
16. Limiting Our Liability
As much as the law lets us, Easevine (plus our team and partners) isn’t liable for indirect or special damages, lost profits, lost data, injuries, or anything similar from using our site or products—even if we saw it coming.
If the law doesn’t let us limit liability, parts of this section might not apply.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Easevine, Shopify, our affiliates, team, owners, and partners harmless for any claims, losses, costs, or damages from your use of our site, breaking these Terms, or violating someone’s rights.
If there’s an issue, we might handle things and you’ll cooperate.
18. Severability
If any piece of these Terms isn’t valid or enforceable, only that part drops out—the rest still counts.
19. No Waiver & Entire Agreement
If we don’t enforce something, it doesn’t mean we’re giving up our rights. These Terms (plus other policies) are everything between us and replace anything prior.
20. Assignment
You can’t transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our okay. We can assign ours however the law allows.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are under the laws where Easevine is based—unless the law says differently. Disputes go to our local courts unless laws require otherwise.
22. Headings
Section titles just help you find your way—they don’t change what anything means.
23. Updates
Check this page for the latest version. If we change the Terms, we’ll update the page and the “Last updated” date.
Using the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
