Where We Ship
Right now, we can only ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the country, hang tight—your address isn’t eligible yet.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is always free in the U.S. No order minimums, no surprise fees. If we introduce other shipping choices, you’ll see all costs upfront at checkout.
Order Cutoff Time
Order before 4:00 PM PT on a business day, and we will aim to ship that day. Miss the cutoff or order on a weekend or holiday? We’ll handle it next business day.
Order Handling Time
Getting your order ready takes 1–2 business days. After that, we hand it over to the carrier.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order’s on the way, it usually gets to you in 5–8 business days. Add in handling, and you’ll get your package within 6–10 business days. If weather or holidays slow things down, we’ll let you know about any big delays.
Carriers We Use
Your order ships with carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar—depends on where you are and the shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as we ship your order, you’ll get a tracking link sent to your email. Sometimes tracking takes a little while to update, so check back if you don’t see immediate progress.
Delivery Problems
If your order’s delayed, missing, or marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, email us at info@Easevine.com with your order number. We’ll check with the carrier. If your package is lost, we’ll either send a replacement or refund you according to our Refund & Return Policy.
